Continuous BSODs on reboot – Help and Support for Windows Crashes and Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)

Good evening,

I recently purchased this laptop (an Acer Nitro 5) 6 months ago. The problem started to occur after trying to download an optional Windows 10 update:

2022-02 Preview Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5010415)

-I don’t know if this is the cause or if it’s just a coincidence, but the update has failed twice now while trying it.

After the download is complete, when restarting the computer, the computer goes to BSOD and the update fails. It then continuously reboots, runs diagnostics, then does infinite blue filtering again, until I reset it by holding down the power button. After that it powers up perfectly fine, at least until I have to restart it again. (Which I tend to do as there is an issue with the Bluetooth breaking every time the laptop goes to sleep. Restarting seems like the only thing to do to fix it.

Attach sysnative file for system specs with BSOD dump files on it. It only shows two registered there for some reason, but it’s there.

Just to clarify, I’m typing this on the same laptop. Like I said, it works fine, it’s just every time I reboot. Truly a mystery. . . for the moment.
