The BIOS and Pre-OS screen does not display on the monitor.

Issue: BIOS and Pre-OS screen not showing on monitor.

Specifications:

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Processor (6C/12T, 35MB Cache, up to 4.6GHz Max Boost)

MSI MAG B550M MORTAR WIFI Motherboard mATX, AM4, DDR4

GeForce GTX 1650 Super Windforce OC 4GB

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO SL 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz C18

SeaSonic G-Series SSR-360GP 360W ATX12V v2.31 80 PLUS GOLD

Phanteks Enthoo Evolv mATX Case

All the hardware is supposed to work as I can boot Ubuntu and everything shows as normal in Ubuntu. I have an SSD with an existing Windows 10 installation, but when plugged in, the BOOT light on MB comes on. No display. Also, when trying a Windows USB bootable installer/device, no display is shown.

The main things I’ve tried:

Flash the BIOS to the latest version.

Different monitor/HDMI cable – not tried DVI as I don’t have a cable or monitor that supports it. No integrated graphics.

Clear CMOS by removing battery

I have also been in contact with Nvidia who see no problem on their end. They asked me to contact the manufacturer of MB which I will try next week (unless someone here has a solution 😊).

Has anyone here experienced something similar and been able to resolve it? All contributions are greatly appreciated. Thank you
